Te Wharewaka has been awarded an NZIA New Zealand Architecture Award in the 2012 Commercial Architecture category.

Telecom Central was featured in ArchitectureNZ (March/April 2012) as the cover story, as well as in Commercial Design Trends (vol. 27, no. 15).  It is also a finalist at the 2012 Property Industry Awards on 8 June in the Commercial Office Property category.

All three stages of the 110 unit WCC Hanson Court Social Housing Upgrade are now complete and the project has, like Telecom Central, been shortlisted at the 2012 Property Industry Awards,  in this case in the Multi-unit Residential Property category.
